General Information

A nonrefundable deposit of 30% of the package total and a signed contract are required to hold a date and will be applied to the final cost. The balance due must be paid 60 days prior to the event date. All fees are subject to a 9.94% tax and a 20% service charge. Smoking is only permitted in the designated smoking area located outside of the courtyard. All décor for weddings and events must be done the day of and cleaned up within one hour of the event’s end. No staples, screws, nails, duct tape or any other items that will leave permanent damage to any surface will be allowed. All extravagant décor is subject to approval by management. No confetti, birdseed, or other small particles may be used for wedding exits.  A damage deposit will need to be submitted with the final payment. This is in addition to and not part of the event charge. A full refund will be given of this damage deposit unless the bottling room, bride and grooms suites, common areas, or grounds are damaged, or items are missing from the same areas. If damage exceeds the deposit, the person signing the contract is liable for damages.The deposit will be returned via mail on the following business day if the following agreement is kept:

• NO physical damage to the building, equipment, or property
• NO excessive cleaning required as a result of facility use
• All décor and personal items are removed within 1 hour from the end of the event
• NO violations of any city, state or federal rules or regulations
