The coke plant
General Information
A nonrefundable deposit of 30% of the package total and a signed contract are required to hold a date and will be applied to the final cost. The balance due must be paid 60 days prior to the event date. All fees are subject to a 9.94% tax and a credit card service charge.

Wedding Pricing
Wedding bookings include 2 hours for rehearsal/dinner. Venue access including kitchen and suites at 7 am on the day of the wedding. Tables, chairs, white tablecloths, wedding coordination, set up, take down, cake cutting, staff, security, and clean up are also included in the base price.

Saturday $5,000.00
Sunday $4,000.00

Elopement/Micro Wedding
2 hour venue access, Up to 20 guests. Includes a small white wedding cake, champagne toast, white rose and greenery bouquet, white rose boutonniere for groom.
