A nonrefundable deposit of 30% of the package total and a signed contract are required to hold a date and will be applied to the final cost. The balance due must be paid 60 days prior to the event date. All fees are subject to a 9.94% tax and a 20% service charge. Smoking is only permitted in the designated smoking area located outside of the courtyard. All décor for weddings and events must be done the day of and cleaned up within one hour of the event’s end. No staples, screws, nails, duct tape or any other items that will leave permanent damage to any surface will be allowed. All extravagant décor is subject to approval by management. No confetti, birdseed, or other small particles may be used for wedding exits.   A damage deposit will need to be submitted with the final payment. This is in addition to and not part of the event charge. A full refund will be given of this damage deposit unless the bottling room, bride and grooms suites, common areas, or grounds are damaged, or items are missing from the same areas. If damage exceeds the deposit, the person signing the contract is liable for damages. The deposit will be returned via mail on the following business day if the following agreement is kept:

  • NO physical damage to the building, equipment, or property
  • NO excessive cleaning required as a result of facility use
  • All décor and personal items are removed within 1 hour from the end of the event
  • NO violations of any city, state or federal rules or regulations


All weddings regardless of size or date will be accommodated with the following:

Use of all facility tables, linens, and chairs ( 30 – 5ft round, 50 – 8’x30” rectangle, 700 white resin padded folding chairs).

Access to the entire facility including the bridal suite, groom’s suite, commercial kitchen, indoor bar, outdoor bar, courtyard, reception hall, and bottling room.

A venue events coordinator is provided at no additional cost to you. This service will ensure that your wedding runs smoothly and without any added stress. Our certified wedding and event coordinator will meet with the bride twice prior to the wedding to go over package customizations, layout, details, and any special requests. The coordinator will direct the rehearsal with the full wedding party. On the day of your event the coordinator will make sure that the facility is prepared and that a timeline is followed ensuring a stress free day for the bride and groom! The coordinator will assist with lining everyone up and will also be present in the reception area throughout the evening for any concerns that may arise. In addition, she will also be available to answer any questions or concerns you may have along the way.

The venue will provide adequate staffing on the day of your wedding, for up to 250 guests at no charge. These staff members will be there to make sure the facility is maintained and kept in order during your wedding and reception. If you require additional staffing due to the number of guests, an additional fee of $80 per staff member will be added. We can provide staff to cut and serve your wedding cake for an additional fee.

Security is also provided at no additional charge for events up to 250 guests. If more than 250 guests are expected an additional $250 fee will be charged for the added security.


Other than an exquisite wedding venue, The Coke Plant offers many unique and beautiful options for your bridal shower, reunion, milestone birthday celebration, business luncheon, holiday party, and any other event you may need a beautiful space for hosting! Nestled in the heart of Bogalusa, the historic building was once home to a successful Coca-Cola production and bottling company. The rich history of the 1930s can still be seen throughout the newly renovated building. The facility consists of several beautiful locations to customize your event.

We offer a variety of options to customize your event, all events regardless of size or date with be accomodated with the following.

Use of all facility tables, linens, and chairs (30 – 5ft round, 50 – 8′ x 30″ rectangle, 700 white resin padded folding chairs.

A venue coordinator will be provided to ensure facility is open and clean for your event as well as any questions you may have.

NO outside alcohol will be permitted without a licensed bartender on site. You may provide your own bartender and/or alcohol. A copy of the bartender’s up-to-date license will be required. The Coke Plant offers full service bar options as well.

Bar Packages

With our full service packages, your guest will enjoy an open bar with no worries of their consumption rate. The below pricing is based per guest for up to four hours, additional time can be added. The bartending staff is included with a 75 guest minimum and a maximum of 250.

Pricing includes set-up and break down, full insurance coverage, bars, acrylic cups, ice, equipment, mixers, garnishes and alcohol. If your guest list exceeds 250 there will be an additional $250 fee for an additional bartender per 100 guests over 250. If you prefer glass stemware and cups there will be an additional fee of $300.

The Coke Plant venue reserves the right to require Liquor liability coverage (also known as host liquor liability) in order to help protect you against alcohol-related accidents caused by a vendor or guest during the rehearsal dinner, wedding ceremony and/or wedding reception.
